L-tryptophan is an essential amino acid, meaning one that the body cannot produce itself, and a natural precursor to both serotonin and melatonin, which the body produces itself. Chamomile (Matricaria recutita) and passion flower (Passiflora incarnata) are two of the world's most commonly used botanical ingredients in evening routines, both with long traditions behind them.

Recommended use: 2 capsules daily with a glass of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women or individuals under 18 years of age.
