Pure Creatine Monohydrate
Creatine is one of the most researched dietary supplements in history, with over 100 years in the research community and hundreds of clinical studies behind it. It is a natural substance that the body produces in small amounts in the liver, kidneys, and pancreas, and is also found in meat and fish. Creatine monohydrate is the form on which the vast majority of research has been conducted.
For many years, creatine was reserved for strength athletes and bodybuilders. This is no longer the case. Today, it is used by a much wider audience; women, the elderly, and the general population are a growing part of users. Our creatine is pure, micronized creatine monohydrate (200 mesh) with no additives. The micronization makes the powder finer and easier to dissolve in water. (Creatine dissolves best in lukewarm liquid)
