What the package contains

NAD+ NR

Omega-3 (from 100% sardines)

The beneficial effect is obtained with 250 mg of EPA and DHA daily. Per daily dose (3 capsules): 990 mg EPA and 660 mg DHA (total 1,650 mg) and 36 mg vitamin E.

Ashwagandha KSM-66

Whole root extract standardized to 5% withanolides. Per daily dose (2 capsules): 600 mg KSM-66. Mentioned factually only.
