What the package contains

Marine Collagen (from fish)

●      Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for normal skin function

●      Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal skin, hair, and nails

●      Niacin contributes to normal psychological functions and to reducing fatigue and exhaustion

Per daily dose (2 capsules): 900 mg collagen peptides, 60 mg hyaluronic acid, 100 mg vitamin C, 3.2 mg zinc, 20 mg niacin.

Magnesium Glycinate

●      Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function

●      Magnesium contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system

●      Magnesium contributes to normal psychological functions

●      Magnesium contributes to reducing fatigue and exhaustion

Per daily dose (2 capsules): 1100 mg magnesium bisglycinate, of which 220 mg elemental magnesium (59% NRV).

Omega-3 (from 100% sardines)

●      EPA and DHA contribute to normal heart function

●      DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function

●      DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal vision

The beneficial effect is achieved with 250 mg of EPA and DHA daily. Per daily dose (3 capsules): 990 mg EPA and 660 mg DHA (total 1,650 mg) and 36 mg vitamin E.
