Not all magnesium is created equal. Magnesium Glycinate is magnesium bound to the amino acid glycine - a form known for its high bioavailability and for being gentle on the stomach, without the stomach discomfort many people experience with other forms of magnesium. Ours is declared with 20% elemental magnesium, which is high for a bisglycinate. Many choose to take it as a regular part of their evening routine.
